"We had been wanting a new car for over a year. Started looking last March. Went for a test drive. Went back. Salesman too busy. Made a couple of appts. He was too busy. This time, he started the sale, but then it ended up in the hands of the finance guy, as the salesman AGAIN WAS TOO BUSY to deal with my husband. It just doesnt seem like they care about the customer. We have had so many Chevys and preferred to make the purchase in Joliet. In fact, the one day, my husband left and went to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Il. because the salesman was supposed to be in at 2pm. Didnt show, so I went and inquired about it, and was told hed be there in 10 minutes. He never showed, and I waited about 20 more min. However, he never showed. Just a really bad experience for us!
